Nastavení a ovládání R1 WR je velmi snadné díky výraznému červenému funkčnímu tlačítku. Díky integrované tabulce plášťů je nastavení obvodu kol snadnou záležitostí. Držák na řídítka pro vodotěsný computer lze rychle namontovat na kolo pomocí přiložených stahovacích pásků. Computer lze poté snadno vyjmout a uschovat, čímž jej ochráníte před možným odcizením. Drátové propojení vysílače a compteru zajišťuje plynulé a bezproblémové měření bez nutnosti instalace baterie do vysílače.
